Biography

Rev. Al’ is a nigerian born, UK based gospel artist who began singing at the age of 12. He formed his first acapella group at 14 and proceeded to further hone his craft in various youth choirs, church choirs, vocal groups and in collaboration with other established artists. This journey afforded him a rich, eclectic musical taste which is evident in his sound and creative approach.

Rev. Al’ can best be described as a ‘radical preaching psalmist’ whose ministry style is characterised by rich, soul-stirring vocals, infectious exuberance and an uncompromising message. He is a seasoned worship leader with over 20 years of experience. An accomplished professional, Rev. Al’ has a Bachelors degree in Microbiology and a Masters degree in Environmental Pollution Control. He is happily married to his sweetheart Tefa and have 2 sons.
